last year i had an anxiety problem and was prescribed zoloft for treatment, although it worked, i dont like what the medicine could do. i dont want to be dependent on pills for relief. so my question is, how can i control over active anxiety (not everyday anxiety) without medication? right now i am seeing my doctor about getting off my prescription zoloft.

It's about his ex girlfriend Caitlin Beadles. They broke up because he is on tour always and is getting pretty popular. And he wish that they're stuck in the moment when they're still together, happy and when he is not yet in tourwith you by justin bieber and stuffs. ;)
I think it is about him meeting a perfect girl that he won't see again and that they are stuck in the moment and have to live it and make it the best. Also, that they wished they had another time so they could get closer and be together again because they felt there was something between them and had a good time. And they don't want to let eachother go.

My boyfriend wants to become a vegetarian and I would like to do it with him, only I eat alot of meat. Are there any transition foods or recipes that would lessen my want for meat that are very tasty yet not bland like most veggies seem to be? Suggestions???????
What I did was stopped eating red meat (which is the least healthly meat for you). Then gradually I stopped eating white meat. It makes the transaction a lot easier!

Or, try to cook a sumptuous vegetarian biryani, trust me, it will taste so good meat wouldn't even cross your mind.

At the end of the day it comes down to your own personal preferences, if you don't enjoy dancing you probably find it hard to see why people are so into it and people who love to dance can't always see why other people aren't so keen.

The gender balance at contra dances is very good. At Glen Echo in the D.C. area, some 300 men join some 300 women. Here in Colorado it is about 75-75. In contra dance, you dance with one partner and meet all your neighbors by progressing up or down the set. At the end of the dance, which is called to live musicians, you thank your partner and invite another partner for the next dance. This socializing factor is wonderful.

People become vegetarians for many different reasons. I'm an ovo-lacto vegetarian, but I buy cheese and milk that's not loaded up with the chemicals and antibiotics found in the milk products sold in mainstream stores. The eggs I buy are from free range chickens.
Absolutely no problem eating fish and shrimp, but you might want to do a bit of research here to find out which species are being overfished or farmed to make sure you're getting the kind of food you want to eat.

why do cats biteWhy do cats bite when they're playful?
My cat Cammi was playful today. She came running up the stairs as fast as lightning and she was making a cute sound. When I scratched her back to make her lick herself, which is cute, she bit me! I didn't know why. I was thinking she was playful or she was mad. Anyone know why cats bite when they're playful?

I believe that the meaning of happiness portrayed here in America is empty. In America, happiness largely depends on money, beauty, status, etc. It's about making lots of money and having a successful occupation. It's about having High-Definition televisions and the newest phone or mp3 player. These things, though, are all material. I do not believe they will bring me true happiness.
If what my culture has told me will bring me happiness (material goods and occupational success) will not, what is the true bringer of happiness?
I think it has something to do with acceptance. When you accept that happiness is a part of life that comes and goes, you'll no longer have to struggle with it. When something is imposed on you, like socially-defined standards of happiness, you resist (don't accept) it because it doesn't make sense for you. I think this means you have to define happiness for yourself, and recognize (accept) that even self-evaluated happiness comes and goes.
The true bringer of happiness? Multiple things. The true recipient of happiness? You.
Interesting question! For me, Happiness is still a tricky word. I had a shot at trying to define it in a more "scientific" or "objective" way, despite it being a subjective feeling:

The POTENTIAL from happpiness comes through self-realization: the realization that you have just had (about realizing that happiness does not come come from objects but from within). What makes me say this is that you wouldn't have come to this realization should you not have had a clear, mature outlook on reality as you do- you are on the right path mentally, and this is good.
HAPPINESS however would have to be dragged out of you and come into existence by you rehearsing the philosophies that you tell yourself, deriving some type of meaning from them, and using them to better your life.
You are not alone. Here in Singapore, we face pretty much the same thing. Except nations like Butan, I suppose the measure of happiness is really not anything different.
I think contentment (not complacency) is the key to true happiness. There is a Chinese saying: 知脚常乐 zhi zu chang le which literally means a content person is always happy!
But we have to admit that while money and the like ain't everything, it is essential =)
And also, keeping oneself positive helps too!

True happiness is what you can contribute, not what you get. I am a big advocate of volunteering. Theretrue meaning happiness are volunteer opportunities in almost any area of interest. You meet terrific people who are likeminded in that they have an altruistic nature and aren't wrapped up in what they can get.
I don't believe that we are either entitled or destined to be happy. I believe we can be content and satisfied by what we do for others.
Owning "things" has a brief shelf life. We very soon desire more to add to our collection.
i dont believe that 'materials' are happiness.. it's just LUXURY.
it only makes you feel good that you have it..
i believe that true happiness come from whatever you choose life to be..
i choose life to be enjoyable.
-be ignorant of small petty details.
-look at the bigger picture: what you want to be, what YOU want (not materials)..

All humans are pretty much wired the same way by evolution, so what makes most of us happy is family, friends, sex, good health, financial security and a general sense of self-fulfillment.
Some people (ascetics) can deceive themselves to be happy by denying their desires. This gives them a delusional sense of power and fulfillment.
Happiness is about our circumstances; joy is about our relationship with God. Know that God can help you live a better life if you want Him to help you. You can have a personal relationship with God by saying the prayer below. God is our Creator, all-knowing, all-powerful, eternal, holy, love. God loves us and sent us His Son, Jesus Christ, so we can go to heaven if we know and follow Him. Forever means without end -- time on and on without death. Forever is what happens after we die. Either we go to heaven and be with God forever, or we go to hell which is very bad and painful forever. The good people who are saved believers in Jesus Christ go to heaven. The bad people go to hell. We need to know and follow God in this world to get to heaven in the next world. We follow God by loving and obeying Him and loving others for Him. Jesus Christ, God's Son, is our bridge to God. Jesus died on the cross to cancel our sins. We need to accept Jesus into our life as our Lord and Savior forever to receive God's blessing and forgiveness plus go to heaven to be with God forever after we die. I'm Lutheran and I like the Baptist churches too. You could check out a Christian church and also see about their weekly Bible study group as a good way to learn about God's will for your life. You can pray to God about your daily life and have a Christian church pray for you.

MP3 players (another word for that would tons of great music in the palm of your hand) are really cool, dandy little things; why shouldn't that make me happy? Music is a wonderful part of everyone's life, and an Ipod is another great way to listen to it, whenever and wherever you want. Of course that is reason to be happy. Music is wonderful stuff!

But family and friends aren't the only ones that can make a person happy. Being out in the wilderness might make someone happy. Taking photographs can make a person happy. Fishing. Shopping. Rock Climbing. Writing. There are lots of things that make people happy.
But it isn't the *things* themselves that make them happy. It's putting them to use. It isn't the bike, it's *riding* the bike. It isn't the tree, it's *climbing* the tree. It isn't the book, it's *reading* the book.

flybe informationMisslead information from FlyBe operators?
Been told by the flight company reps, of Fly be in Belfast City airport that we can’t proceed to flight to Geneva with ID cards we need passports. We been turned back. We are from Lithuania and we were taking holiday to Geneva and then transfer to France for ski holiday through the skidirect.com. At the check in we was told that we have to use passports not ID cards as they are not in EU and ID cards not accepted. So we had 1 hour to sort this out. I was sure we can use ID cards as when I made a payment is says need to be valid ID card or a passport. From faces we saw was sure they not sure about that them self’s. But they told us to get passports or we will loose flight. So I and other friend had to head back long way home on M1 and try to get in time but that was impossible even for 007 Bond.
2 other friends stayed at the airport to wait for us and with other friend we made grand theft Auto on roads of Belfast. 120miles and hour all the way lets say 40 miles there and back, please keep in mind Belfast city and traffic as it was midday. And drop of in one house and other house to get passports.
On the way towards home we been on the phone withflybe information Fly be and I was asking could we call them on the way back with the details they need for check in our luggage. But they told they need passports not details and if we not make in time we will miss flight.
So we were on the age to kill someone or kill ourselves in any time. And I was sure that we don’t need the passports.
Lucky enough of playing chickens and GTO and a good car 2010 we was heading back to Belfast city.
we been 56min from time given and received call from our couples that Fly be confirmed that this is they mistake and that we could fly with ID cards no problem. These stupid people didn’t knew that Switzerland is in Schengen country list and you can fly there as in other EU countries.
After this call we were already in airport car park. Lucky all live. FLY be staff looked very relieved that we back safe and our luggage was already checked in without even need our ID cards or passports. It was just formal for printing out tickets.
All holiday was stressed out and could not feed holiday at all.
If anyone could make since out of this or help what could I do against the FLY be of this misinformation related to our Origin anflybe informationd they knowledge of what the should know in the first place.
Do I have a right to make a claim against them or to suit them for something as this ruin all our party holiday?
This is just another example that shows the stupidity of budget airlines personnel. They are paid salaries which cannot expect to be adequately educated. You would have needed to get the required proof that Lithuanian citizen in fact can travel without passport. This is manifested by:

frequent baby hiccupsHiccups in baby a sign of fetal distress?
I am 39 weeks pregnant (as of tomorrow) and I am just wondering how normal it is for baby to have hiccups? I know hiccups in the fetus are completely normal but I have also read other things such as that frequent hiccups in fetus could be a sign of the cord being wrapped around their neck?? She never had hiccups during pregnany until about 2 weeks or less ago, that is why I am concerned.. so I am wondering if it could be a sign of anything serious.

Fetal hiccups are normal. Don't worry. If you read that info from the internet, you cannot believe everything on there, it will have you thinking that you have every illness under the sun. If your daughter is moving, and you hear her heartbeat when you're at the OB's office then she is ok. Believe me if hiccups weren't normal, your doc would have told you to look out for them in all of the precautionary info thafrequent baby hiccupst they give you early in the pregnancy. Relax, you've got one more week or so then she'll be in your arms :)
ive read and asked midwife about this because from week 32 my baby has hiccups 2-3 times a day for about 5 mins and i was told that this is a sign that she is now able to swallow and that her lungs are getting stronger so hiccups are actaully a positive sign.
my sis in law had cord wrapped around baby and she said she felt very bad uncomfortable cramping and just felt relly uncomfortable to the point where she knew something was wrong and made it to hospital in time where they did a c section after nmonitoring baby heart beat
Mine has been having hiccups at least three times a day since 20 weeks. We even caught him on the ultrasound with the hiccups and multiple times when they go to check his heartbeat he has them. It is perfectly normal. If you are really concerned, calfrequent baby hiccupsl the doctor to put your mind at ease but I promise you it is nothing so don't get yourself worked up!
hiccups is completely harmless. When my baby hiccups i used to thought tat he was making music wit my tummy. My sisters even thought tat it was her baby farting in her tummy. But yes its normal nothing to be scared of. My first one hiccup every single day and it was fine. So dont stress urself out about it.

Liked a lot of it, but Epiphany by Staind was probably my fav off of their album. Outside was played at concerts in the 90's, Staind just didnt put it on an album until '01. But, I know I could never convince you that its dumb to put it under plain white ts, green day, or white stripes. Kinda an insult haha The rock and alternative songs are best in my opinion. Muse, Green Day, Kanye, Amy Winehouse, and Justin Timberlake are over-rated
