You've seen those posters. They sell them at the mall, and the people who buy them are usually managers of horribly run businesses.
They usually have pictures of kayakers with a caption saying "Teamwork&quoworkplace motivational posterst;, or a bunch of guys climbing a mountain, and the caption says "Dedication", etc. Things like that.
Aren't these posters convenient substitutes for real values?
Is the presence of these posteworkplace motivational postersrs in a company's workroom, or meeting room, or kitchen, or offices... a sign that the company will one day soon crash into the ground?
no they r not and they don't belong in the work place.
