prepaid legal pyramid schemeI'm in total agreement that Prepaid Legal is NOT a Pyramid Scheme in itself.?

I completely understand that Prepaid Legal in itself IS NOT a Pyramid Scheme. In fact all one has to do is simply check the internet &there you will discover just as I did that the services that many groups "claim" to be exclusive to their particular group are available only to those members. However the fees are the very same except yous must recruit others just so that you can make money. This is what I see as a Pyramid Scheme. The entry level people must recruit at least 3 others just so they can make money. As I told someone else, that sooner or later the supply of potential recruits will "dry up" , this is the simple law of supply & demand. The people who are really making money are those in the top2 or 3 tiers. IF you look at this, it resembles a large Corp. ie Enron. My contention is, why does anyone really need to become a member of any group like thprepaid legal pyramid schemeis, when infact the very same services are available to EVERYONE. This why I feel that this a Pyramid Scheme . Is this legal in CA?
I am a prepaid legal associate for prepaid legal, inc. in Ada, OK. I do not only make money if people sign up as associates. I make money off memberships, that is actually how we make money. Anyone can sign up, which I do not get anything from, unless they get a membership, but if memberships are not sold, one cannot make money. Sure, I make a small commission off of the people who sign up as associates with me, but so do mortgage brokers/real estate brokers and no one is on here calling these businesses scams. You were misinformed about the people recruiting 3 people to make money. There is a choice, you can recruit 3 people, each with a membership or sell 5 memberships. It works either way. Plus, we offer it as a group benefit to companies, prepaid legal pyramid scheme so people take that route, only selling memberships and make money. I have no idea where you have gotten your information, but I can assure you it is incomplete. There are 5 ways to earn money in this company: 1. recruit, 2. direct sales 3. Group benefits, 4. small businesses 5. CDLP drivers. You should probably get all of your facts before you bash a company. It is legal in all of North America. Some states, like the one I live in, even require a license. Why are you so anti prepaid legal? Are you a lawyer who we would not accept because you did not meet our high criteria? Oh and one more thing, the founder sits on the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. SCAM????
At 71, I'd just hope that someone has the expertise to answer my question the way I put it instead of doing a"Mexicanm Hat Dance" around it
