Whats a good free antivirus download? Is Avast and AVG (i think its avg) good ones? Any other suggestions?
Though AVG is free and lot of them use it, it misses out on quite a few virii and trojans. You can try Avast, Avira. Avira is freefree antivirus and voted one of the best. No harm in trying.
You can even try the new Comodo antivirus. Its got loads of features and its FREE!! Their firewall is integrated into the antivirus, so makes it all the more better. free antivirus

AVG is what I used to use, and had no problems at all while running it (but can't now as it doesn't seem to run with VISTA)
